Mr. Highsmith fixed and installed a new front door lock that had been misaligned for some time. This was not an easy fix and now it works as good as new. Many thanks.

The locksmith was not listening to anything I was saying and I had to repeat myself numerous times (he seemed hard of hearing). And then because I made a comment about hiring a locksmith from out of state he threw part of my lock on the ground and walked away to his car yelling. Yes, he left my door without a working lock. When I made a comment about calling the company and complaining he yelled back I AM THE OWNER! He then yelled “screw you” and got in his van and sped away. Worst customer service and would not recommend.
